Who

RSM is designed for anyone who senses a divine call to serve God on the forefront of what He is doing in and through the local church. Whether you desire to grow in your understanding of scripture, or to pursue full time ministry, this opportunity is for you.

Why

Our purpose for RSM is to produce a “new breed” of leaders prepared for the future implementation of the RLC vision. This includes equipping key volunteer leaders, future staff, extension campus teams, and church planting and international mission teams.

Requirements

1. Partner of RLC
2. Serving in ministry
3. Attending a weekend service
4. Graduate of High School and at least 17 years of age
5. Pastoral Recommendation

*Graduation will require completion of all 12 courses as well as specified ministry experience. Upon completion of the second year, a certificate of completion will be presented to the candidate.

Costs

• $25 one time registration/application fee
• $700 full time student per year
• $100 per course taken part time
• Additional costs for required books & materials

*Married couples attending together will each receive a 25% discount
