Marital Foundations is a great class for any couple over eighteen. The principles set forth will be valuable for those involved in a serious dating relationship, engaged, newlyweds or those who have been married for years. This is a required class for those who plan on marrying at Radiant Church. Temperament Profiles will be administered for each couple. These profiles will be coveted by each couple as a life long aid. These profiles enable us to better our relationships in every aspect of life. Subjects such as communication, sex, finance, traditions, purity, roles in marriage and much more will be covered. Philippines Mission Team- July 2009
Radiant Church
Our team will travel to the Philippines for 10 days in July of 2009 to share the Gospel through evangelistic crusades on the island of Negros. We will share the Gospel in villages each night with music, drama and preaching. During the day we will follow up with those who receive Christ, helping local leaders to form Bible study groups that will strengthen and disciple people long after we leave. The Outdoor Connection

The Outdoor Connection exists to connect men to the outdoors, connect with other men, and connect with God. For the fall semester, we will meet on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month at my house at 6:30pm for archery. The general meeting runs from 7:00 - 9:00pm. We will study and discuss a DVD-based Christian teaching curriculum. We will do other activities based on the interests of the group members. Activities include fishing, 3-D archery shoots, trips to the rifle range, hunting trips, trips to Cabelas or outdoor expos. The big annual event is backpacking and fishing for giant smallmouth bass at North Manitou Island on Labor Day weekend.

Partners with heart are needed for this valuable ministry. You may like cooking, baking, or might like organizing and being part of a ministry, that is what a church family is all about. We organize the preparation of meals and/or baskets for church friends who have been challenged with illness or death or are celebrating the birth of a child. We also do several community outreach events throughout the year.
