Pastor Jon Zondervan
Generational Pastor
Jon’s passion for young people stems from his own early life experiences in the church. His desire is to see young people become committed and passionate for Christ while still in school, and to see them avoid the pitfalls that our culture has disguised as cool.
His vision is to partner with God and parents to develop a generation of young people radical in their obedience and love for Jesus, who are actively pursuing holiness, and sharing their faith with others. This happens by providing an environment for teenagers where they truly have an encounter with the living God, not just attend another church service. Pastor Jon believes relationships are everything in ministry: his relationships with young people, their relationships with others, and most important a vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ. We strengthen these relationships through relevant, energetic services, activities and events outside of church, community service, and overseas mission trips.
When Jon is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Kendra, and his two daughters, Ava and Adalyn.
