We believe that every believer should be consistently growing and stretching themselves to serve Christ more whole-heartedly. In order to facilitate that growth to take place, we have developed a discipleship training program called Life Trak.
Life Trak assists every person at RLC to become a fully devoted follower of Jesus Christ. This series of classes encourages the growth and development of every person in their journey with Christ. It is our desire to raise, train and empower people to accomplish their God-given purpose and to be effective servants of Jesus Christ. The five main tracks of study - Belong, Grow, Serve, Reach and Lead - encourage growth in every area of a believer’s life. As each partner develops and grows, the vision of RLC is lived out.
